Corran-Deel Voluntary Housing Association CLG is an Approved Housing Body with 28 social homes under our management in the parish of Feenagh-Kilmeedy. Now, with the support of Limerick City & County Council, we are actively considering the development of a social housing scheme in Feenagh. In advance of finalising plans, the Board wishes to establish that there are sufficient levels of interest and need for housing within Feenagh and surrounding areas (such as Kilmeedy, Dromcollogher, Broadford, Feohanagh, Castlemahon, Knockaderry, Clouncagh, Ballyagran, Ashford, Killeedy, Raheenagh and Newcastle West). Proposals may include family homes and one and two bed houses depending on need.

Feenagh is 10 miles from Newcastle West, 10 miles from Charleville, 6 miles from Dromcollogher, and is served by the Local Link bus service covering Newcastle West, Dromcollogher and Charleville. With a village shop and post office, a GAA and soccer club as well as a vibrant national school (and secondary school in Dromcollogher), Feenagh is an ideal place for families and individuals to live. Corran-Deel is also developing a park and playground in the village as a recreational amenity for all residents in the area.

While applicants are required to be approved and on the housing waiting list of Limerick City and County Council, Corran-Deel will work with you to establish if you are eligible to be placed on the list for social housing.
